With the recent acceleration of entry into the information and communication technology society, patients' health can be continuously managed through vital signs with digital health. In particular, blood pressure among vital signs is the most basic indicator necessary to check the patient's condition in various medical fields. However, the conventional cuff-type blood pressure meter has the disadvantage that continuous blood pressure measurement is not possible. The recently reported piezoelectric blood pressure sensor is attached to the radial artery to obtain a pulse waveform, and the blood pressure is inferred using a pulse waveform analysis method. However, the reported blood pressure sensor has the disadvantage of being transferred using a laser. In this paper, fabrication of blood pressure sensor using mechanical stressor layer-based PZT transfer and measurement of high-accuracy blood pressure value from clinical test with 10 patients by obtaining clear pulse signals from the radial artery were presented
