Improving efficiency and stability of wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells through interfacial passivation layer계면 패시베이션 층을 통한 큰 밴드갭 페로브스카이트 태양전지의 효율 및 안정성 향상

For the last decade, lead halide perovskite solar cells have been emerging as a center topic on photovoltaic field. Especially research on wide bandgap perovskite is one of the main topics for perovskite solar cells because of the applicability to the tandem solar cells. In this thesis, by passivation the grain boundary and the surface of the wide bandgap perovskite (>1.65 eV) at the same time, V$_{OC}$ (1.21V) and power conversion efficiency (19.5%) of the cell are improved. In addition, by passivation layer, high stability for the wide bandgap perovskite solar cells was achieved.
