Since the interaction between food and drugs affects the drug efficacy, patients taking drugs should keep this in mind and be more careful with their food intake. In particular, hypertension, a chronic disease closely related to lifestyle, can easily affect the efficacy of food ingredients. Hypertension is a disease that is widespread enough to affect a quarter of the world's population, but it is difficult to intuitively know which food to avoid, so it is important to predict the food with antagonistic effects on hypertension drugs. In this study, foods with antagonistic effect on hypertension drugs are predicted by considering all ingredients and interactions between ingredients in food. As a result of predicting food with antagonistic effect on hypertension drug, by the heterogeneous network that includes both Compound-Compound interaction and Compound-Drug interaction, it was found that the proposed scoring method in this study is effective in predicting antagonist food on hypertension drug.
