단백질 당화를 기반으로 한 암세포의 약물 내성 예측 방법Method for predicting drug resistance of cancer cells based on protein glycosylation
본 발명은 단백질 당화를 기반으로 한 암세포의 약물 내성 예측 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 환자 혈청에서 PON1을 포함한 분비단백체의 푸코실화 정도를 기반으로 약물 내성 세포의 존재 여부를 예측하여 약물의 효과를 예측할 수 있다. 또한, 항암제 투여 전과 후 환자의 혈청에 존재하는 단백질의 푸코실화를 측정하여 항암제 선택 및 치료 경과 모니터링에 활용될 수 있다.
