메트포민을 유효성분으로 포함하는 뇌암의 예방 또는 치료용 면역치료제 조성물An Immunotherapeutic agent composition for preventing or treating brain cancer comprising metformin as an active reagent
본 발명은 뇌암의 예방 또는 치료용 면역치료제 및 면역치료제를 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 면역치료제 조성물은 뇌암 세포에서 소모되는 산소 양을 감소시켜, 뇌암에 침윤된 면역세포에 발생되는 저산소증을 개선시킬 수 있고, 이로 인하여 뇌암에 침윤된 γδ T 세포의 항종양면역반응과, 뇌암 세포를 직접 표적하여 사멸시킬 수 있는 기능이 회복되어 뇌암을 매우 효과적으로 치료할 수 있다. 나아가, γδ T 세포에서 발현되는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정함으로써 면역치료제를 매우 효과적으로 스크리닝해 낼 수 있다.
