암 및/또는 뇌질환 바이오마커인 EDB-FN 및 이를 표적하는 나노약물전달체Extra-domain B of fibronectin biomarker for cancer and/or brain diseases and nano drug delivery system targeting the extra-domain B of fibronectin
본 발명은 PEG2000-DSPE 중합지질 및 APTEDB-PEG2000-DSPE 중합체를 포함하는 마이셀 구조의 약물전달체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 약물전달체는 뇌 종양(brain tumor)에서 과발현되는 섬유결합소 엑스트라도메인 B(extradomain B of fibronectin, EDB-FN)를 표적하는 바, 뇌혈관장벽(BBB) 또는 뇌혈관 종양 장벽(BBTB)를 통과하여 뇌 종양 세포 특이적으로 약물을 전달할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 약물이 로딩된 상기 약물전달체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 뇌 종양 진단 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물을 제공할 수 있으며, 상기 조성물은 뇌 종양 내부에 축적되고 종양 세포 내부로 함입되어 특이적으로 종양 성장을 억제할 수 있는 바, 뇌 종양 진단 또는 치료에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
