도판트가 도핑된 실리콘으로 이루어진 높이 길이가 긴 형태의 양극 및 음극을 전해질 용액 내로 침지시키는 단계; 및 상기 양극 및 음극에 전압을 인가하여 양극에서 실리콘 산화물 나노입자를 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하는 실리콘 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법이 개시된다.
