본 발명은 계산생물학 방법을 이용해 인간 상피세포 증식인자 수용체 2형의 도메인 4의 특정 위치에 결합하도록 설계된 신규 폴리펩티드, 상기 폴리펩티드의 제조방법 및 상기 폴리펩티드의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 신규 폴리펩티드는 새로운 암 진단 및 치료제로써 기존의 항체를 대체할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
