산소 결핍된 짧은 세라믹 나노섬유 및 전도성 물질 복합 유연 멤브레인Flexible Composite Membrane of Oxygen Deficient Short Ceramic Nanofiber and Conductive Material
본 발명은 산소 결핍된 것을 특징으로 하는 짧은 세라믹 나노섬유를 포함하는 2종 이상의 전도성 물질이 복합화된 멤브레인 및 제조기술에 관한 것이다. 주로 열적 및 전기화학적 안정성과 함께 전기 전도 특성을 가지는 전극 기술 분야에 적용 가능한 기술이다. 대표적으로 슈퍼캐패시터, 리튬이온전지, 연료전지, 전고체전지와 같은 전기화학전지 기술분야에 적합하다. 그 외에도 탄소 기반 또는 세라믹 기반 복합 소재 멤브레인을 요구하는 공기필터, 수(水)필터 분야에도 적용가능 기술이다.
