An embodiment of the present invention provides a technique for estimating a change in bending stiffness characteristics of a tire and measuring the amount of wear of a tire tread using the estimated change. The tire wear measuring device using the change in bending stiffness of a tire according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a signal receiving unit that measures an acceleration inside the tire in an axial direction that is a radial direction of the tire for each position inside the tire; a signal analysis unit for receiving the signal information from the signal receiving unit, calculating a change rate of bending stiffness of the tire by using an axial acceleration in the tire, and estimating a tread wear rate of the tire; a transmission unit that receives analysis information from the signal analysis unit, the analysis information being information relating to a tread wear rate of the tire, and transmits the analysis information; and a control module that generates a control signal related to the vehicle on which the tire is provided by receiving the analysis information from the transmission unit.
