본 발명은 탄저균 포자에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드 및 이를 이용한 탄저균 포자의 검출 또는 분리방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 탄저균(Bacillus anthracis) 포자에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드를 스크리닝하고, 상기 결합 펩타이드를 부착시킨 나노입자 복합체를 이용하여 신속하게 탄저균 포자를 검출할 수 있고, 상기 결합 펩타이드를 부착시킨 자성입자 복합체를 이용하여 신속하게 탄저균 포자를 분리할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 탄저균 포자를 신속하게 검출, 분리함으로써 병원성 균체의 진단 또는 분리에 유용하다. 탄저균, 결합 펩타이드, 진단, 나노입자, 분리, 자성입자
