| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 복합재료로 제작한 회전축을 공기정압 스핀들 및 공기정압 롤러 기타 볼베어링 롤러의 회전축으로서 이용하여 제작한 스핀들과 롤러에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 공기정압 스핀들 및 공기정압 롤러, 볼베어링 롤러의 강철재 회전축을 복합재료로 대체하여 가볍고 회전관성이 작은 복합재료의 장점을 충분히 활용할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 복합재료로써 성형한 회전축의 전단부와 후단부에 각각 금속부품을 삽입하여 공기정압 스핀들, 공기정압 롤러 및 볼베어링 롤러를 완성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 초정밀 연삭기나 고정도 공작기계 등에 사용되는 공기정압 스핀들이나 공기정압 롤러, 기타 볼베어링 롤러에 적용할 수 있다. | - |
