| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 광자기 기록, 특히 고밀도의 광자기 기록에 적합한 기록매체로서, 소정의 두께와 적층수를 가지는 니켈층 및 백금층의 다층으로 구성되어 상온에서 수직 자기이방성을 가지는 광자기 기록매체에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 기판 및 상기 기판상에 형성된 Ni층 및 Pt층의 다층을 포함하는 광자기 기록매체에 있어서, 상기 Ni층은 9Å 내지 21Å의 두께를 가지며, 상기 Pt층은 3Å 내지 4Å 이하의 두께를 가지며, 상기 Ni층 및 Pt층은 10층 내지 35층으로 적층되도록 함으로써 바람직한 물성을 가지도록 구성된 신규한 광자기 기록매체가 제공된다. | - |
