테트라메틸암모늄 하이드록사이드 펜타하이드레이트를 이용한 수소 전기화학센서의 제조방법A Method for Fabricating Hydrogen Electrochemical Sensor Using Tetramethylammonium hydroxide pentahydrate
본 발명은 테트라메틸암모늄 하이드록사이드 펜타하이드레이트(Me4NOH·5H2O)를 수소이온 전도체로 이용하여 수소기체를 고감도로 감지하는 전기화학센서를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 높은 이온전도도와 열적 안정성을 지니는 Me4NOH·5H2O를 수소이온 전도체로 이용하고, 유기용매에 분산된 백금을 로딩시킨 탄소전극을 애노드로 사용함으로써, 수소기체를 고감도로 검출하는 이온성 크러스레이트 하이드레이트가 적용된 새로운 형태의 전기화학센서를 제조할 수 있다. 하이드레이트, 고체 전해질, 수소이온 전도체, 수소기체, 전기화학센서
