본 발명은 tac 전사촉진제, ompA 신호서열 및 스타필로키나제 유전자를 포함하는 스타필로키나제 발현벡터 및 이 발현벡터에 의해 형질전환된 대장균에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 형질전환된 대장균은 스타필로키나제를 페리플라즘과 배양액내에 축적한다.
