| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 자동차의 도어(door)에 장착되어 충격을 흡수하는 충격흡수부재에 관한 것으로서, 충격에너지를 효과적으로 흡수하여, 충돌시 승원의 안전성이 향상되도록 하기 위해, 0°에 가까운 섬유각도를 가진 섬유강화-고분자 복합재료를 60%이상 사용하고, 외부에 패브릭(fabric)형태의 섬유 혹은 각도가 있는 섬유를 가진 섬유강화-고분자 복합재료를 40%이하 사용하여 제작하거나, 5°에서 25°의 섬유각도를 가진 섬유강화-고분자 복합재료를 사용하여 제작하는 충격흡수부재(10)를 브래킷(20)에 의해 도어 내부에 장착하여, 단위무게당 인장강도와 충격에너지 흡수가 일반 강철에 비해 향상되도록 하는 자동차 도어의 충격흡수 부재이다. | - |
