| dc.description.abstract | 단결정 제조장치에서 고품질·대구경의 포타시움 니오베이트(KNbO3) 단결정을 성장시킬 수 있게 하는 KNbO3 용융액 혼합장치 및 이를 이용한 KNbO3 단결정 제조방법에 대해 개시하고 있다. 도가니 회전장치와 백금판의 교반을 이용하여 초기 용융액의 쏘킹(Soaking)시간을 줄이고 쏘킹온도를 낮추었을 뿐 아니라, 단결정 제조 중에 성장로 내부의 온도 분포를 개선하였다. 본 발명에 의하면, 고품질·대구경인 KNbO3 단결정을 단시간 내에 성장시킬 수 있다. | - |
