포타시움니오베이트용융액혼합장치와이를이용한포타시움니오베이트단결정제조방법Apparatus for agitating potassium niobate melt and method for fabricating niobate single crystal using the same
단결정 제조장치에서 고품질·대구경의 포타시움 니오베이트(KNbO3) 단결정을 성장시킬 수 있게 하는 KNbO3 용융액 혼합장치 및 이를 이용한 KNbO3 단결정 제조방법에 대해 개시하고 있다. 도가니 회전장치와 백금판의 교반을 이용하여 초기 용융액의 쏘킹(Soaking)시간을 줄이고 쏘킹온도를 낮추었을 뿐 아니라, 단결정 제조 중에 성장로 내부의 온도 분포를 개선하였다. 본 발명에 의하면, 고품질·대구경인 KNbO3 단결정을 단시간 내에 성장시킬 수 있다.
