유기분자-실리카복합체박막을이용한전기광학소자및그제조방법OPTICAL DEVICES USING ORGANIC/SILICA HYBRID FILMS AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF
본 발명은 전기광학 특성을 가진 유기분자가 실리카 모체에 공유결합된 복합체 박막을 이용한 전기광학 소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 복합체 박막은 솔-젤(sol-gel) 방법을 이용하여 저온에서 제작될 수 있으며, 전기광학 소자로서 광변조기를 제조할 경우, 광 도파로를 광표백법에 의해 제작하기 때문에 제조방법이 간단하다는 장점을 갖는다.
