| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 리사이클링 금속스크랩의 순차적 선별용해방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 금속 스크랩들로부터 각각의 금속을 리사이클 하기 위하여 재용해시 온도구배가 있는 통로를 따라 연속적으로 이동하는 동안에 재료의 녹는점의 차이를 이용하여 각각의 금속들을 연속적으로 선택분리할 수 있는 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 목적은 금속 스크랩으로부터 각각의 금속의 융점 차를 이용하여 온도구배가 있는 롤러배드 위를 연속적으로 이동시키며 자동 선별분리함으로써 선별작업을 보다 용이하게 할 수 있는 새로운 선별방법 및 장치를 제공함에 있다.본 발명에 의하면 금속스크랩을 롤러배드 위에서 연속적으로 이동시키면서 온도를 점차적으로 증가시킴으로써 융점의 차이를 이용하여 선택적으로 분리하는 일련의 공정에 의해 융점이 다른 금속스크랩을 연속적으로 선택적 분리를 할 수 있다. | - |
