저잡음 증폭기 및 무선수신기LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER AND RADIO RECEIVER
본 발명은 최적 노이즈와 입력 임피던스의 동시 정합용 캐패시터를 사용하여 입력 임피던스 매칭과 최적 노이즈 매칭을 동시에 달성하고, 트랜지스터의 바디 바이어스법(body biasing)과 상보적 중첩법(complementary superposition)을 통해서 잡음 특성 및 선형성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 저잡음 증폭기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 저잡음 증폭기는 SAW 제거 수신기에 유리하게 적용될 수 있다.
