dc.description.abstractWe present a fiber-to-chip coupler using asymmetric double slot waveguide and direct strip-slot mode coupling to shorten a transition while maintaining high coupling efficiency. Experimental result shows 1.8 dB insertion loss with a broad bandwidth.-
