dc.description.abstract | This paper presents a feasibility analysis of ambient RF energy harvester for low-power IoT Devices. The RF harvester consists of a half-triangular monopole antenna, a rectifier with a matching network, and a power management unit (PMU) with a battery. In this paper, The required charging time for RF harvesting for each application is analyzed with considering the feasibility for commercialization. The Analyzed result is proposed in the guideline. Feasibility analysis of IoT device application based on proposed Ambient RF energy harvester is verified by experiments. | - |
