| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 가변이득 증폭기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 이득 변동의 범위가 넓으며, 넓은 대역폭을 갖고 온도에 영향을 받지 않는 이득을 가지며 소비전력이 적은 가변이득 증폭기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 제1 및 제2 입력단으로 각각 입력되는 제1 및 제2 입력신호의 차를 상기 제1 및 제2 입력단의 제1 바이어스 전류에 따라 증폭하여 제1 및 제2 출력단으로 출력하는 차동증폭부; 상기 제1 및 제2 출력단에 각각 다이오드 연결된 부하를 포함하며, 상기 부하에는 제2 바이어스 전류가 제공되는 다이오드연결 부하부; 및 상기 제1 바이어스 전류 및 제2 바이어스 전류의 크기를 조정함으로써 상기 차동증폭부의 입력단과 출력단 사이의 이득을 제어하는 이득제어부를 포함하는 가변이득 증폭기를 제공한다.가변이득 증폭기(VGA), 차동증폭, 다이오드 연결, 근사 지수 방정식 | - |
