| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 원심 주조용 복합재료 금형의 제작시 장섬유 강화 복합재료를 사용함으로써 중량을 경량화시키고, 내마모성을 향상시킬 수 있는 원심 주조용 복합재료 금형을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.본 발명에 따르면, 복합재료를 이용한 원심 주조용 복합재료 금형(20, 20a, 20b)에 있어서, 실린더 형상의 복합재료부재(21, 21a, 21b)의 내측면에는 금속 라이너(23, 23a, 23b)가 배치되어 있으며, 상기 복합재료부재(21, 21a, 21b)의 양측에는 원심 주조법에 의하여 주조되는 내용물의 이탈을 방지하는 커버(33a∼33c)가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 주조용 복합재료 금형이 제공된다. | - |
