대화 상대와 사용자의 성격 정보를 고려한 대화 상대에 대한 신뢰 정도 예측 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대화 상대 신뢰 정도 예측 시스템은 입력 받은 대화문을 전처리하여 대화 상대방과 시스템 사용자를 구분하고, 상기 구분된 대화 주체들 각각의 대화문을 제공하는 전처리부; 상기 구분된 대화 주체들 각각의 대화문에 기초하여 상기 대화 주체들 각각의 성격 정보를 추출하는 성격 정보 추출부; 및 상기 구분된 대화 주체들 각각의 대화문과 상기 추출된 대화 주체들 각각의 성격 정보에 기초하여 상기 대화 상대방의 신뢰 정도를 예측하는 신뢰 정도 예측부를 포함한다.
