반응형 유화제를 이용한 박리형 아크릴레이트수지/층상실리케이트 나노복합체의 제조방법Process for Preparing Exfoliated Acrylic Resin/LayeredSilicate Nanocomposite Employing Reactive Surfactant
본 발명은 반응형 유화제를 이용한 박리형 아크릴레이트 수지/층상실리케이트 나노복합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 층상실리케이트 분산액 및 수지의 단량체를 포함하는 유화중합 에멀젼에 반응형 유화제를 투입한 다음 아크릴레이트 수지를 중합하여, 박리형 아크릴레이트 수지/층상실리케이트 나노복합체를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 고분자와 친화력이 좋지 않은 극성의 층상실리케이트의 표면을 무극성의 유기화합물로 치환하지 않고서도 유화중합법에 의하여 박리형 아크릴레이트 수지/층상실리케이트 나노복합체를 제조할 수 있다.
