본 발명은 수용성 거대분자 약물을 수용액을 사용하지 않고 유기용매 상에서 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 사용하여 유기용매상에 용해시키거나 나노 크기로 분산시킴으로써, 단일 유기용매 상에서 폴리에스테르계 고분자를 이용하여 생분해성 미립구 담체를 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 생분해성 고분자 미립구 담체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 생분해성 고분자 미립구 담체는 제조과정에서 수용액을 사용하지 않으므로, 유기용매/수용액의 계면이 발생하지 않아 단백질 등과 같은 수용성 거대분자 약물의 성질을 변성시키지 않는 장점을 지닌다. 미립구 담체, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 거대분자 약물, 유기용매, 폴리에스테르계 고분자
