| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 납땜검사용 시각인식장치에 관한 것으로 동일한 광축상에 포물면경, 되반사 재질로 덮혀진 원통틀, 내부가 거울면인 다각광센서봉을 설치하고 다각광센서봉의 상단에 빔스플리터와 광센서어레이를 적절히 구성하여 인쇄회로기판상의 납땜의 외관상태를 검사하기 위한 시각인식장치이다.즉, 기존의 방법으로는 측정할 수 없었던 납땜부 표면의 경사각을 광학장치의 수광부를 적절히 실계함으로써 보다 광범위한 납땜부 필렛의 경사도를 고속으로 측정할 수 있고 납땜부 필렛의 표면의 경사각을 고정밀도로 측정할 수 있어 인쇄회로기판상의 납땜부위의 형상 검사에 정확성을 더욱 교양시킨 것이다. | - |
