태그 수 추정 방법과 상기 방법을 수행할 수 있는 리더Method for estimating a number of tags and reader using the same
RFID 리더의 태그 수 추정 방법이 개시된다. 상기 방법은 RFID 리더가 펄스 전송 메시지를 방송하는 단계와, 상기 RFID 리더가 일정한 개수의 타임 슬롯 동안 상기 RFID 리더의 인식 범위 내에 존재하는 복수의 태그들 각각으로부터 출력된 펄스의 개수를 카운트하고 카운트 값에 따라 상기 인식 범위 내에 존재하는 태그들의 수를 추정하는 단계를 포함한다.
