dc.description.abstractThe heterogeneous integrated quantum dot with piezoelectric material was fabricated for wavelength tunable quantum emitters. The integrated structure effectively generated local strain with applying voltage, resulting in wavelength tunable single photon emission and adjusting fine-structure splitting for entangle photon pair generation.-
