This approach assesses the error awareness level of nuclear power plant (NPP) operators. An error awareness test (EAT) was formulated to detect error related potentials in NPP relevant tasks. Hence, by classifying aware and unaware errors, it is expected to provide quantitative and objective means to monitor cognitive performance of NPP operators.-
