| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 지질이 접합된 유전자편집 단백질 기반 CRISPR 복합체, 이의 제조방법, 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 지질을 직접 접합시켜 변형시킨 CRISPR 효소 단백질 및 sgRNA를 포함하는 리보핵산단백질 복합체, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 이용한 유전자 편집 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 CRISPR 복합체는 종래 비특이적 편집, 유전자 변이, 생체독성 유발, 낮은 유전자 편집 효율 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 효율적이고 안전한 비바이러스성 유전자 편집 수단으로써 동물모델 제작, 미생물공학, 질병 치료 등 다양한 분야에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. | - |
