스커미온 가이딩 소자 및 그 제조방법Skyrmion guiding device and its manufacturing method
스커미온이 존재하며, 제1 자화 방향을 가지는 제1 영역; 및 상기 제1 영역에 접하며 상기 제1 자화 방향과 반대의 자화 방향을 가지는 제2 영역;을 포함하는 스커미온 가이딩 소자가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공되는 스커미온 가이딩 소자는 스커미온의 최대 이동 속도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 스커미온의 소멸을 방지하면서 스커미온의 이동 방향을 손쉽게 제어할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
