본 발명은 착용형 보조장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게, 본 발명은 보행을 보조하기 위하여 착용자의 슬관절에 보조력을 전달하면서도 인체의 슬관절 구조와 유사한 움직임이 가능하도록 설계되어 착용자가 느끼는 이질감과 불편함을 최소화할 수 있는 착용형 보조장치의 슬관절 구조 및 이를 구비하는 착용형 보조장치에 관한 것이다.
