| dc.description.abstract | 상호 체결 및 연결 가능한 모듈화된 미세 유체 장치를 통해 효율적으로 DNA를 추출할 수 있는 모듈형 유체 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모듈형 유체 장치는 적어도 하나의 챔버 및 적어도 하나의 채널을 포함하는 코어부를 포함하고, 코어부는, 외부로부터 유입된 유체가 수용되도록 구성되는 제1 챔버, 제1 챔버로부터 이격 배치되는 제2 챔버 및 제1 챔버와 제2 챔버를 연결하고, 제1 챔버와 제2 챔버를 오고 가는 유체에 난류가 발생되도록 유체의 흐름을 안내하는 유체 유동 채널을 포함한다. | - |
