This paper introduces movable asset surveillance system based on IoT sensor network database. The main purpose of this system is to check whether the assets are in a fixed place, remotely. For this purpose, we use IoT system. IoT nodes are attached to those assets and collects sensor data. Total system tries to find dangerous event using that collected data. One example where this system can be applied is mortgage loan. In mortgage loan, movable collateral assets such as machines should be managed by the bank, since they are not allowed to move out of the factory. This suggested system can monitor whether machines are normally placed in the factory or not remotely and if machines moves out of the factory, this system can catch those event in a short time and give information to the bank. Main points to consider in this system is battery consumption and event recognition time. The battery consumption of IoT node should be low but at the same time system should catch dangerous event as soon as quickly. To improve this points, we apply sensor network database communication method to check event efficiently. In this paper, we introduces protocols, processes of suggested system which uses one of the sensor network communication method, PEQ, to communicate each other nodes and catch dangerous event data. Also, we make simulations to do experiment and analyze the result. As a result, this system improve event recognition time with less GPS sensor usage and less communication between server and each node.
