본 발명은 류머티스 관절염 치료용 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 복합체는 염증 조직에 특이적으로 메토트렉세이트(MTX)를 전달할 수 있고 파골세포에 의한 골 흡수를 억제하는 효과가 있으므로, 류머티스 관절염 치료 및 류머티스 관절염에 의해 손상된 골의 재생에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
