dc.description.abstractSensor interface integrated circuits are helping human life in various fields. However, external interference occurred through various paths may cause problems of deteriorating or distorting the quality of the sensor signal. Therefore, in this study, the external interferers in two applications are analyzed and circuit techniques are proposed to make the sensor interface circuits insensitive to them. First, the sensor interface integrated circuits for recording neural signal may cause a problem that the signal is distorted by neural stimulation signal. To solve this problem, an analog front-end having a high dynamic range is proposed. Second, the high-level radiation cause a problem that the performance of radiation sensor interface is degraded. To solve this problem, a radiation hardening technique that could be applied to radiation sensor signal processing system is proposed.-
