FPGA 기반 시간-디지털 변환기의 전압, 온도 교정을 위한 분할된 링 발진기Segmented ring oscillators of FPGA-based time-to-digital converter (TDC) for calibration of voltage and temperature
시간-디지털 변환기는 시간 간격을 측정하여 디지털 출력으로 변환시켜주는 장치이다. 시간-디지털 변환기의 정밀도는 전압과 온도의 변화에 영향을 받기 때문에 교정 작업이 필요하다. 링 발진기는 전압과 온도의 변화에 비례하여 진동수가 변화하기 때문에 전압, 온도 교정에 사용되며, 전압, 온도의 변화가 급격하고 구배가 나타나는 상황에서 시간-디지털 변환기의 정밀도를 향상시키기 위한 분할된 링 발진기를 제안하고 이를 이용한 연구를 진행하였다.
