dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, a study on device stability and high-efficiency tandem solar cell technology for the commercialization of organic-inorganic halide perovskite solar cells are demonstrated. The effect of ion diffusion caused by external electrical bias on device stability was investigated using in-situ TEM analysis. In addition, by using the 2D additive method, efficiency and high stability of wide-bandgap perovskite (>1.65 eV) essential for tandem solar cells were achieved, and high-efficiency tandem solar cells were realized through bonding with silicon and CIGS solar cells.-
