Quantum gas experiments provide various opportunities to study quantum physics thanks to its isolation from the environment and precise control and measurement capabilities. This thesis introduces an apparatus for quantum gas experiments with lithium-7 atoms. We successfully realize Bose-Einstein condensates with tunable interaction, two-dimensional spinor condensates, and quantum gas microscope. We also introduce the cooling methods and the techniques for the experiments. We observe matter-wave jet emission from the spinor condensates and employing lithium's scattering properties. We investigate dynamic features of the jet formation process and analyze the quantum correlation of the jets. The analysis suggests a one-dimensional experiment. Through mean-field calculation, we find that the experiments are possible in realistic parameters.
