타겟 인식 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 타겟 인식 방법은, 제1 서브 네트워크를 통해 이미지에 포함된 타겟의 포즈 각도에 연관된 포즈 각도 확률을 추정하는 단계와, 제2 서브 네트워크를 통해 상기 타겟의 클래스에 연관된 클래스 조건부 확률을 추정하는 단계와, 상기 포즈 각도 확률 및 상기 클래스 조건부 확률에 기초하여 상기 타겟을 인식하는 단계를 포함한다.
