본 발명에 따르면, 밀폐된 케이스의 내부에 위치한 대상 액적 주변에 상기 대상 액적보다 표면 장력이 낮은 휘발성 물질이 채워진 모세관을 배치시키고, 상기 대상 액적의 중심과 모세관 사이의 거리, 및 모세관의 크기를 조절하면서 상기 대상 액적 내부 유동장의 크기 및 세기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무동력 미소액적 혼합 및 유동제어 기법을 제공한다.
