도핑 원소를 포함하는 도핑원소원-함유 물질과, 그래핀 산화물의 혼합 용액을 기판 위에 코팅하는 단계; 및 상기 코팅된 혼합 용액에 플래쉬 램프로 빛을 조사하여 상기 그래핀 산화물의 환원과 상기 도핑 원소의 도핑을 동시에 진행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 플래쉬 램프를 이용한 도핑된 메조포어 그래핀 박막 제조방법이 제공된다.
