| dc.description.abstract | 빛 에너지를 이용한 양자점 합성 방법으로, 적어도 3개 이상의 원소를 함유한 전구체 용액에 펄스 방식으로 빛을 조사하는 단계; 상기 조사되는 빛에 의하여 양자점을 합성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 펄스 방식으로 빛을 조사하는 단계는 2회 이상 반복되며, 상기 조사되는 빛에 의하여 양자점은 순차적으로 코어쉘 형태로 형성되며, 양자점 합성온도에서의 결정구조를 상온에서 적어도 일부 포함하는 준안정상을 포함하며, 상기 합성 온도는 상온을 초과하는 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 양자점합성 방법이 제공된다. | - |
