dc.description.abstract | The present invention relates to a method for detecting and quantifying biomaterials by using the activity of a nucleic acid polymerase regulated by a target material and, more specifically, to a method for detecting or quantifying biomaterials, the method enabling the detection and quantification, with high sensitivity, of nucleic acids, proteins, small molecule materials, bioactive materials (enzyme activities) and the like through a change in the activity of a DNA polymerase according to whether a specific nucleic acid, which forms a complex with a DNA aptamer prepared to contain a single-stranded DNA specifically recognizing a specific nucleic acid, is specifically bound. According to the present invention, provided is a method for examining biomaterials, the method enabling the label-free and sensitive detection and quantification of target nucleic acids, target proteins, target small molecule materials, target enzyme activities and the like by regulating the activity of a polymerase through a structural change in a DNA aptamer by a target material. | - |
