본 발명은, 내부 유동구조 설계를 개선하여 민감성, 안정성 등이 향상됨으로써 헬스 모니터링 등에 원활하게 적용될 수 있는, 개선된 내부 유동구조를 갖는 액체전극 압력센서 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은, 저장소의 구비 및 배치, 서포트 및 범프의 구비, 헤드 및 커버 구조 설계를 통해 민감성을 향상시키고, 기판 재질을 통해 내구성 및 안정성을 향상시킨, 액체전극 압력센서 및 그 제작방법을 제공함에 있다.
