무선 전력 전송 장치WIRELESS POWER TRANSMIT APPARATUS
본 실시예에 의한 무선 전력 송신기는 상위 ISM(industrial scientifical medical) 대역의 신호를 형성하는 발진기와, 신호의 전력을 분배하는 전력 분배기(power divider)와, 분배된 신호의 위상을 천이하고, 천이된 신호의 전력을 증폭하여는 RF 신호 처리부(RF signal processing unit)와, 전력 증폭된 신호를 분배하는 전력 분배기 및 전력 분배기로부터 전력 증폭된 신호를 제공받아 방사하는 복수의 단위 안테나들을 포함하는 서브 어레이 안테나가 배열된 어레이 안테나를 포함한다.
