병렬 적층형 유기발광소자 및 그 제조 방법Parallel stacked organic light-emitting device and manufacturing the same
본 발명은 병렬 적층형 유기발광소자 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 병렬 적층형 유기발광소자는, 기존에 OLED 소자들이 구현하기 어려웠던 고출력을 저전압에서 구현할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 반투명한(semi-transparent) 공통 전극을 기반으로 전기적으로 병렬로 연결된 두 OLED 소자를 활용하여 파장제어, 저전압, 고출력, 고신뢰성이 가능하다.
